PLANNING TOOLThirty years on one page.

Planning estimate, not a quote. Prices start at RC Coatings’ typical ranges and run as a low case and a high case. Typical range; final price after free assessment. Prices vary by region, access and roof condition; a free assessment sets the final price. A recoat is planned at the end of each warranty term and needs an inspection showing the roof still qualifies.

What the planner schedules

Coat and recoat cycles over 30 yearsFor 10, 15 and 20-year warranty terms, a restoration at year 0 and a recoat planned at the end of each term, subject to inspection. Tear-off: replace at year 0, then again at the end of the new roof's service life.10-year termRestoreRecoatRecoat15-year termRestoreRecoat20-year termRestoreRecoatTear-offReplacenext replacement at the end of its service life (your figure)051015202530yrs

Recoats at the end of each written warranty term, subject to inspection. One of the systems we install, Uniflex, offers 10, 15 and 20-year terms; other systems follow their own.

About the cycles

Why recoat at the end of the term?

Uniflex, one of the systems RC Coatings installs, offers 10, 15, and 20-year labor and materials warranties, subject to the written warranty terms. The planner schedules a recoat at the end of each term because that is a natural point to inspect and renew, not because every roof will qualify. An inspection decides.

Change the interval to test other plans, for example recoating earlier or a longer system term. Set escalation and discount to zero to see plain nominal totals.
