Breweries and beverage

A brewhouse floor is not a taproom floor.

Steam at the curb. Condensate in the insulation. A floor that stays wet on brew day.

Urethane cement floor in a brewery with a trench drain.
Why it matters

Four rooms, not one floor.

A beverage building can hold a brewhouse, a cellar, packaging, and a dry warehouse. They do not want the same resin, and the roof over the kettle is not the roof over the dock.

Brew day does not move because a resin needs Tuesday. If the shutdown is the constraint, read fast-cure flooring only after the exposure allows it.

How it works

Match the room.

  1. Brewhouse

Hot wash and thermal shock. Urethane cement is the comparison.

  2. Cellar

    Wet, cool, and constantly cleaned.

  3. Packaging

Often drier. Speed may matter more than shock.

  4. The roof

Steam finds the curb. Condensate finds the insulation. Scan before you coat.

A thermal scan is how wet insulation shows up under a roof that looks clean from the yard.

Questions

Questions

Have you published a brewery project?+

No named brewery or beverage client is on this site.

Can packaging use the same floor as the brewhouse?+

Usually not. The brewhouse is a thermal-shock room. Packaging may be a different resin.

Will you stop a brew day?+

We plan around the calendar you actually have. We will not promise production can continue until we see the room.

Which cities?+

The Wasatch Front, Boise, Idaho Falls, and Twin Falls. Idaho pages do not claim completed projects.
