Privacy policy.
This page explains what RC Coatings collects on the website and from LinkedIn lead forms, where those records live, and how to ask us to stop or delete them. Effective October 2026.
Who this covers.
RC Coatings is the business name of Roisum Capital LLC. This policy applies to rccoatings.org and to lead forms we run on LinkedIn that name RC Coatings. It does not change a written project contract or a written product warranty.
Questions about your information go to (801) 515-3812, kory@rccoatings.org, or the contact form.
What we collect.
On the website, the contact form asks for the details you type: typically your name, email, phone number, company, and what is going on with the building. If you call or email, we keep the same kind of record so we can answer you.
If you submit a LinkedIn Lead Gen Form for RC Coatings, LinkedIn sends us what you submitted on that form. That can include your name, work email, phone number, company, job title, and your answers to the questions on the form.
We also receive technical data that browsers send with a page view, such as an IP address, the pages requested, and the referring site. The cookie and pixel tools below collect a portion of that for measurement.
Where it is stored.
Inquiry and lead-form records are stored in HighLevel, the customer system RC Coatings uses as its CRM. HighLevel holds the contact record we use to reply and to keep project notes. We do not sell that record.
Email and phone follow-up.
We use the email address and phone number you give us to follow up about the roof, the floor, or the question you sent. That follow-up is email and phone. You can ask us to stop marketing follow-up and we will. If you have an open project, we may still contact you about that work.
Cookies and tracking.
The site uses three measurement tools:
- Google Analytics 4 (GA4) measures visits, traffic sources, and interactions such as clicks on contact links and video playback. It uses cookies. Those events do not include the words you type into the inquiry form. Google describes its role on the partner-sites privacy page.
- The LinkedIn Insight Tag measures visits related to LinkedIn advertising and supports LinkedIn ad reporting. LinkedIn may set cookies for that. You can use LinkedIn’s ad settings and your browser settings to limit that.
- The OpenAI ads pixel loads from OpenAI’s content network and records that the browser loaded the page, so advertising performance can be measured.
You can block or delete cookies in your browser. The site still works if you do. Some measurement will be missing, which does not affect a request you send through the form.
How long we keep it.
We keep the HighLevel contact record while we are responding to you, and for as long as we need it for an active project, a written warranty file, or ordinary business records. Analytics and advertising cookies expire on the schedule those tools set. We do not keep a separate copy of form answers inside the analytics events.
Opt-out and deletion.
To ask us to correct your contact record, stop follow-up, or delete information we are not required to keep, call (801) 515-3812 or send the contact form. Say that the message is a privacy request and include the email or phone number on the record. We will delete or correct the HighLevel contact information we are not required to keep for an active project, a warranty file, or a legal obligation.
Changes.
If this policy changes, we will update this page and the effective date. The current effective date is October 2026.
