Website terms.

Using the site.

RC Coatings is the business name of Roisum Capital LLC. You may use this website to read about commercial roof and industrial floor work and to request a conversation. You may not use it to break the site, to send malware, or to scrape it in a way that degrades the service.

The text, photographs, and videos are owned by RC Coatings or used with permission. You may share a link. You may not copy the pages into another commercial site.

Site content is not a warranty.

Pages, videos, cost notes, and project examples are general information. They are not a bid, a specification, or an offer to do a particular job. Conditions on a building decide the work, and that decision is written down after someone looks at it.

RC Coatings makes no warranty from the content of this website. That includes any implied warranty of accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular building. Information can go out of date. Do not treat a page as the scope for your roof or floor.

Uniflex warranties.

If a roof project uses a Uniflex system, the only warranty is the written Uniflex warranty for that project. The written warranty terms control. Nothing on this website creates coverage, lengthens coverage, or replaces those terms.

A project is a written agreement.

Sending a form, booking a time, or calling does not obligate either side to a project. Work starts when both sides have a written scope. The written agreement for a job controls if it conflicts with a sentence on this site.

Utah law.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes that arise from use of this website are brought in the state or federal courts located in Utah.

Changes and contact.

We may update these terms by posting a new version on this page. The effective date above will change with them.
