roof maintenance program?
It’s a yearly service agreement. A roofing contractor cleans, inspects, and repairs a commercial roof on a set schedule, then documents the roof’s condition.
RC Coatings’ program includes two visits a year, an in-depth spring visit and a basic fall visit, plus one post-storm check. Plans start at $5,500 per building per year. RC Coatings is Utah-based and serves the Intermountain West.

We wash the roof, clear drains and scuppers, check seams, penetrations, and flashing, and fix minor issues within your included repair allowance. Larger repairs are proposed in writing first.
Annual Roof Health Report.
Photos, the IR map, condition and reflectivity notes, and recommended next steps for budgeting and capital planning.
Debris, drains + inspection.
Before winter, we clear debris, drains, and scuppers and inspect for new damage. Uniflex-warranted roofs get a warranty log entry.
Post-storm check.
One inspection a year within 7 days of a named hail or storm event.
Keep the surface cool.
A clean, reflective coating surface reflects more sunlight than a dirty one, which can help reduce heat gain. Savings depend on the building.

Yes. Any commercial roof gets a free visual assessment. Roofs RC Coatings didn't coat then start with a paid drone thermal infrared roof scan, and its cost is credited when you enroll. Sound, dry roofs can enroll. Roofs with wet areas are repaired first, and roofs at end of life get a restoration or replacement proposal instead.
What happens if an inspection finds more damage than the included repairs cover?+
We document it and give you a written proposal before any additional work. Nothing beyond the included allowance is done without your approval.
