Rooftop units over the same floor the forklift beats on.
Manufacturing buildings in Utah and Idaho carry rooftop equipment over a floor that sees oil, point loads, and a schedule. We plan the roof and the resin floor so a shutdown is spent once.
Restoration follows only if the roof is a candidate. Cost planning, including the note that restoration can land near 60 percent of replacement on a suitable roof, is on roof coating cost. That figure is not a quote.

Match the line you can spare.
- Find the wet roof
Ponding freezes on the Wasatch and still ices in the Treasure Valley. Scan when stains suggest wet insulation.
- Name the slab
A dry assembly aisle is a different day from a cell that has soaked the concrete for a decade.
- Phase or stop
A phased aisle is often the honest fast-cure project. A full stop is often the honest urethane-cement project.
- Keep debris off the line
Roof work over a running line has to be staged so fasteners do not become a production incident.

Utah Valley and the Wasatch
Provo, Ogden, and Salt Lake are where most of this work is planned.
Fast return-to-service options are on fast-cure flooring.
Questions
Do you name manufacturing clients?+
No. Case studies withhold the customer and the location.
Is urethane cement the manufacturing default?+
No. Oils and point loads do not automatically mean urethane cement. Thermal shock and washdown do.
Can the roof and floor share a shutdown?+
That is the reason to plan them together.
What if the roof is not a restoration candidate?+
We say so, and talk about replacement. See restoration vs. replacement.
