Document the hail. Then decide if the roof can stay.
Document the hail, then decide whether the commercial roof can stay.

A file first. A coating only if the roof still qualifies.
Wasatch and Snake River storms bruise coatings at curbs and in the field. We photograph the damage, note what we see, and can add thermal moisture mapping for the insurance file.
Hail repair is often flashings, sealant, and local patches. A new coating is a second decision, and only when the rest of the roof meets the same tests as any other restoration.

After the storm.
- Photograph the marks
Representative field damage and the details that took the hit.
- Write what was seen
A plain note of where the roof was bruised, opened, or left alone.
- Map moisture if it matters
Thermal imaging when wet insulation is the question, on a dry surface.
- Repair, then reconsider
Fix the damage. Consider a coating only if the assembly still qualifies.

Scheduled storm checks. Not a night desk.
Storm response and post-storm roof checks are scheduled. They are not a 24/7 service, and we do not publish a response time.
An active leak goes to leak repair. The maintenance program includes one post-storm look a year for enrolled roofs.
Storm questions
Do you offer round-the-clock storm response?+
No. Storm checks are scheduled. They are not a 24/7 service, and we do not publish a response time. Call (801) 515-3812 to set the visit.
Will you promise what insurance will pay?+
No. We can provide photos, notes, and thermal mapping. Coverage is between you and the carrier.
Is hail damage always a new coating?+
No. Many roofs need detail repairs. A coating is considered only when the field is still a restoration candidate.
When should we call?+
After the roof is safe to walk and you know which building was hit. Standing water and snow are a reason to wait for the thermal scan.
Tell us when the storm hit.
The city, the date, and whether water is coming inside are enough.
