Freezer, cooler, and dry warehouse are three floors.
Cold storage fails under refrigeration equipment and at the freezer threshold. Warehouses add forklifts and the salt that rides in on trailers.
A brittle coating that was fine in the dry aisle often map-cracks at the doorway. Urethane cement is the comparison for that threshold.

Three rooms, then the roof.
- Dry warehouse
Joints, impact, and forklifts. A resin floor is not always the spend.
- Cooler
Damp and washed.
- Freezer door
Thermal shock. Plan the floor for that line, not for the showroom.
- Roof load
Condensers, shade, and ponding. A thermal scan when stains suggest wet insulation.

Docks and decks
De-icing salt eats the first twenty feet inside the door. On grade, that is a floor-edge repair. Over space below, it is a deck coating.
We serve these buildings in Utah and Idaho. We do not tie a cold-storage project to a named city on this page.
Questions
What floor survives a freezer doorway?+
Urethane cement is the usual comparison where thermal shock is severe.
Is epoxy wrong everywhere?+
No. It remains a dry-warehouse option.
Do you claim a finished cold-storage project in Idaho?+
No. Idaho city pages state service only.
What about the roof?+
Look at the equipment, the drains, and whether insulation is wet before talking about a coating.
