Upper Snake roofs carry real snow, then a high-desert sun.
Upper Snake roofs carry real snow, then a high-desert sun. We plan the work from Utah.
Request an assessment
A high, cold roof over a processing economy.
Idaho Falls is cold, bright, and windy, with food and farm buildings underneath. Snow sits, then melts at the drains if they are clear, or at a random low spot if they are not.
Ammon, Rexburg, and Blackfoot are planned with the same weather. Distance is part of the schedule.
Assess, then specify.
- Walk the roof
Sun, freeze, hail, and whatever the building puts on the membrane.
- Check drains and edges
That is where winter and wind show up first.
- Scan if moisture is the question
A drone thermal scan when the ceiling stain is not the whole story.
- Match the floor to the room
Washdown, warehouse traffic, or neither. No residential garages.
Uniflex systems, with written terms.
RC Coatings roof coating systems are Uniflex. Uniflex offers 10, 15, and 20-year labor and materials warranties, subject to the written warranty terms. The Owner's Packet sets the upkeep for that roof. This page does not assign a length to your building.
We serve Idaho Falls. Completed Idaho projects are not claimed here. Thermal shock on the floor is a real exposure, not a slogan.
