On the call, we check that it's a commercial or industrial flat roof we can scan. If it isn't a fit, we'll tell you straight.

3. We schedule your free scan and report.
Thermal scans work best on a clear evening after a dry, sunny day, when wet insulation holds heat longer than dry insulation. We fly when roof conditions allow, so we may move the date for weather. Then you get the report.
What the free scan shows you
- Hidden water. Wet insulation and leaks you can't see from the roof surface, often long before a stain shows up inside.
- Restore or replace. Which sections can be restored and which need replacing, so you don't tear off more roof than you need to.
- A report you can budget with. Thermal and visual images with the potential problem areas marked, plus recommended next steps.

Most single-ply roof leaks start at the seams and laps. Water gets in, soaks the insulation, and travels before it ever shows up inside. A seamless roof coating covers the whole surface in one continuous waterproof membrane: no seams, no laps, no seam leaks.

Questions
Is the scan really free?
Yes. The scan and report are free for qualifying commercial and industrial flat roofs only. There's no obligation, and the call isn't a contract. If you have a portfolio or several buildings, the free scan covers one roof; we'll quote any additional roofs on the call.
Why do I book a call first?
The call takes about 10 minutes. We ask about the building, the roof type and size, and what you're seeing, so we can confirm the roof qualifies before we schedule a flight.
What makes a roof qualify?
It needs to be a commercial or industrial low-slope (flat) roof we can safely and legally fly over. We'll confirm the rest on the call.
Why when roof conditions allow?
Thermal scans need the right conditions, usually a dry roof and a clear evening after a sunny day. If the weather won't cooperate, we'll reschedule.
Does the scan prove I have a leak?
No. It shows potential problem areas. We verify them on the roof before recommending anything.
What roofs do you work on?
Commercial and industrial low-slope roofs: single-ply (TPO, EPDM, PVC), modified bitumen, built-up and metal. We don't do residential shingle roofs.
Do you have to shut down my operation?
No. The drone flight happens from outside and above the roof. Any roof work is scheduled around your shifts.
